Customer ResponsibilitiesCustomers are solely responsible for:
- Exporting all load data
- Exporting all customer, carrier, and accounting records
- Safely storing their data prior to shutdown
Data Access WindowCustomers will have free system access until the shutdown date solely for the purpose of retrieving their data. Technical support will be available only through March 10, 2026.
Refund PolicyCustomers with prepaid subscriptions extending beyond the shutdown date will receive a prorated refund for unused time. Refunds will be processed automatically within 14–30 business days following shutdown.
Limitation of LiabilityThe Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or business interruptions resulting from:
- The shutdown of the LoadPilot platform
- Failure by customers to export their data prior to shutdown
- Business disruptions resulting from service discontinuation
Final NoticeThis notice constitutes final and official communication regarding the LoadPilot shutdown timeline and procedures.
