The Personal Home Page gives you an overview of your weekly & daily activities, (such as open loads, new messages, and your weekly schedule). Resend feature. With just the click of a button, you can resend a previous load. This feature will save you A LOT of time. The auto-fill feature helps you quickly fill in forms using information from your address book, and our Master Carrier Database. Works with QuickBooks®! We’ve completely integrated LoadPilot’s accounting section to export to QuickBooks®. Loads Section:

Quote, book and manage all of your loads online. Our revolutionary system walks you through each step of the new load process, and automatically checks your work for errors as you go. Quickly find the right carrier in the right location by quickly search our Master Carrier Database. Automatically generates & emails your contacts, invoices, and other important documents. The load history section lets you track all of your past loads, and see important details at each step of the process.

Master Carrier Database :

The heart of LoadPilot is our revolutionary Master Carrier Database. Quickly and easily find just the right carrier by searching through our list containing over a hundred thousand carriers from all over the country. The list is constantly updated with new carriers, and our special screening process helps to weed out obsolete entries. Favorite Carriers List: If you have carriers whom you work with a lot, then you can add them to your favorites list.

Accounting Section:

Accounting ledger stores the financial info for all or your loads. It can even be easily exported to an Excel Spreadsheet & then emailed to your accountant. Upon completion, all loads are automatically added into your accounting ledger

Personal Calendar:

Keep track of all your upcoming loads, events and other important dates. Pick-up and delivery dates for all new loads are automatically added into your calendar.

Message Center:

The message center is not email, but a full featured internal messaging system to help brokers and agents communicate with one another. Best of all, brokers can receive automatic messages to keep you up-to-date on what your agents are doing.

Address Book:

Easily and conveniently keep track of all your business and personal contacts. When creating a new load, LoadPilot uses your contacts to help you auto-fill information. Thus saving a tremendous amount of time, and preventing costly errors.

Agents:

If you’re a broker with agents, then you’ll love what LoadPilot can do for you. Once you join LoadPilot, you can add agents to your account. They each get their own log-in and password, so they can work on their own loads. The other agents can’t see their information, but YOU CAN! You can log into your agents' accounts to see what their doing, or make changes to their loads. You can even opt to receive automatic messages to keep in informed as to what your agents are doing. All of their loads show up in YOUR accounting ledger. You can easily add, remove or deactivate agents whenever you want.
